All our manufacturing facilities are OHSAS 45001:2018 certified. We provide all required personal protective equipment to our employees and it is mandatory to use basic PPE across the shopfloor. The health of our employees is our prime responsibility and we carry out employee health inspection frequently. We regularly inspect illumination, noise, ventilation and drinking water at multiple points in our premises and ensure that employees are working in safe environment which can nurture their health. Regular safety trainings and mock drills are conducted to create awareness amongst employees. New employees undergo on job training to better get accustomed to their job process so that they can operate equipment safely.
We monitor major, minor accidents and near miss incidents on daily basis and because of our strict safety policy, we have never encountered any major accident since our incorporation. We have formed safety committee which involves employees throughout hierarchy who conduct meetings at regular intervals and take suitable actions based on RCA related to safety and health issues.
