Injection moulding

Injection moulding

We have in house injection moulding capabilities and can design and develop high quality product as per customer’s requirement. We have a dedicated team who have expertise in injection moulded part manufacturing with highest accuracy. Our injection moulding facility can produce 100 ton nylon parts annually or 190 ton PE parts which will be increased as per customer’s requirement. We supply injection moulded parts to automotive OEMs. Our hard-working team also ensures that there is no delay in continuous supply of thermoformed parts. We can produce injection moulded parts in various grades of Nylon, Polyethylene, Polyoxymethylene (Delrin), Polypropylene, ABS material.

Injection moulding refers to the process of transforming plastic granules into a 3-dimensional shape by heating. Granules are first filled into the hopper of machine. The granules go into a heater and are melted into plastic paste. This paste is then injected into the mould cavity and where it cools and solidifies into desired part. The speed and cost of injection moulding also depends upon number of cavities in the mould. Desired quantity can be achieved quickly if it is a multi-cavity mould. After releasing from the mould, the parts are trimmed and are subjected to annealing process. In annealing process, stresses are relieved from the part and it also gains flexibility.

Injection moulding process is a large volume process.

Advantages of Injection moulding

  • It is a fast process and can produce large number of parts in a short time
