Polyurethane Foam Moulding
We have dedicated polyurethane foam moulding facility equipped with sophisticated machineries and can develop polyurethane foam parts as per customer requirements. We are equipped with two high pressure and one low pressure machines with combined total annual production capacity of 1000 metric tons for flexible as well as rigid foam. We also have mould carrier conveyor system with 24 carriers for serial production. We also have CNC wire cutting machine to cut the rigid foam into desired profile. We can increase our production capacity as per customer demands.
A mould is made on which the rigid or flexible polyurethane foam components are poured. With the reaction, the material increases in size until the mould vacuum area is completely filled. When the foam has hardened and cured, it is separated from the mould and the process is started again.
The released foam is tested for density using hardness tester. The mould flash lines are then trimmed. If a rigid foam profile is required then it is cut using wire cutting machine.
